2. Training Assessment / Service Dog Assessment
Please tell us more about your dog and how we can help you. TRAINING ASSESSMENT

If your interested in Service Dog Training please take a moment to tell us more about your needs and your dog. SERVICE DOG ASSESSMENT

3. Vaccine & Health Requirements
All dogs must have the following (given by a licensed veterinarian):

  • Rabies Certificate

  • Distemper / Parvo

  • Bordetella

  • Negative fecal exam (within the last 6 months)

Need a fecal test?

We offer fecal testing for $60, and the process is simple: swing by our training facility to pick up a container, bring the sample back the next day by 11 am, and get your results the next day.

4. Book Your Consultation & Evaluation $50
90-minute session at our training facility to assess your dog and recommend the best program: private lessons, board & train, group classes, or service dog training. BOOK & PAY FOR CONSULTATION

5. Sign Up for Group Classes
