We are happy to be offering PetTech CPR & First Aid classes to help you handle such situations. Pet Tech is the first international training center dedicated to CPR, First Aid & Care for dogs and cats. This certification is essential for for pet professionals, including dog trainers, groomers, and especially pet sitters and borders.

This workshop will equip you with the skills to provide CPR and first aid for pets in need. Wheather you are a pet owner or a pet profressional, this workshop will give you the knowledge and abilities to assess and provide appropriate care in emergencies. With over 50 skills taughtm you will be well-prepared to handle any pet emergency. Give your pets the best chance of survival by getting trained in Pet CPR and First Aid.

According to the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) 1-out-of-4 more pets would survive if just one pet first aid technique was applied before getting emergency veterinary care.

Pet CPR & First Aid Class - $105

The Pet Tech First Aid & Care for Your Pets™ program is a 6 hour course that covers a number of valuable first aid skills and information to keep your pets fit, healthy, and happy. The course will teach you life-saving skills, including:

  • Canine & Feline CPR & Rescue Breathing

  • Choking Management

  • Bleeding, shock, and wound care

  • Bloat (GVD) recognition

  • Snout-to-Tail Assessment for Injury & Wellness

  • Checking vitals, safe emergency restraint & muzzling

  • Heat Stroke & Cold Injuries

  • Seizures

  • Canine & feline anatomy basics

  • 10 Situations That Require Immediate Veterinary Care

  • How to build your own pet first aid kit
