Vaccination Policy for All Canine Participants

To ensure the safety of every dog and handler that comes to us for training, all participating dogs must meet the following vaccination requirements. These requirements help prevent outbreaks of serious, highly contagious diseases and parasites in our shared training environments.

Required Vaccinations (Administered by a Licensed Veterinarian):

  • Rabies — Legally required in Arizona for all dogs. Your dog must have a current rabies vaccination with a valid expiration/due date, as mandated by state law.

  • Distemper/Parvovirus — Dogs must be up to date on their core distemper and parvovirus vaccines (typically part of the DHPP/DA2PP combination) to protect against these highly contagious and potentially fatal diseases.

  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough) — Required for participation for training and boarding. This vaccine helps reduce the risk of highly contagious respiratory infections that spread easily through close contact among dogs.

Required Health Screening:

  • Fecal Exam — A negative fecal parasite screening (for intestinal parasites such as roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, Giardia, etc.) must be completed within the last 6 months. This ensures no internal parasites are transmitted during training activities.

  • NEED TO DO A FECAL TEST - We also offer fast & affordable fecal testing for your pet — only $60!

    • Swing by our facility to pick up a free collection container.

    • Easy collection: Scoop a fresh, pea-sized sample of your pet's stool (no bigger than that needed).

    • Quick drop-off: Bring it back to us—we'll handle the rest and send it to the lab.

    • Rapid results: Get your results in just 24 hours, emailed directly to you.

How to Submit Records:

Please email us clear, current copies of your dog's vaccination records and fecal exam results. Records must include:

  • Owner’s and Pet information

  • Vaccine names

  • Administration dates

  • Expiration/due dates

  • Veterinarian's clinic information/signature/stamp

We cannot accept self-administered vaccines, handwritten notes, or records from non-veterinary sources—for legal, safety, and verification purposes.
